Rachel is incredible at what she does. I say this sincerely - she is absolutely excellent. I have used Rachel to now sell two homes. I have been more impressed after every single sale. Her attention to detail and her "eye of the buyer" is exceptional. She provided solid recommendations to make sure our house was at its best and would sell quickly. For our most recent house she organized pressure washing, and virtual tours for the house. Our sell actually fell through (due to financing) and we found ourselves with two houses at once.
